Hi Karl & Team!
I am a Pro-member and I love your DVDs. They are very helpful, inspiring and full of practical tips, e.g. when it comes to investing in new equipment.

Unfortunately, I always store my DVDs in another place, such as my office, when I need them or want to watch them. Moreover I sometimes feel too lazy to get them out of the box, put them into the computer, find the chapter I am looking for.

Do you consider giving online-access to the DVDs? Only for registered customers, of course... I find myself watching your bonus-videos quite frequently, maybe other customers have the same needs.

All the best for 2014!

Alexander

Hi again,
Today I found out by reading your latest advertisement-e-mail, that the courses are also available online. Is that only for new customers?
By the way: my questions seem to be read by quite a few folks, but there's no answer. Is it because my English is so rotten or are the questions and/or suggestions just too stupid?
Thanks in advance for any sort of reaction.

G'day Alexander,

The reason why people might look at your question but not comment would most likely be because they were looking to ready your question but didnt have an answer for you.

As for the quality of your english, your english is far better than my german as I rely on google translate, which often does not translate correctly from english to another language.

I dont have an answer for your question, however, I will bring your question to teams attention.

Regards,
Craig

Hi Alexander,

Sorry we have not answered you message sooner. We have been working on creating streaming versions of all our DVDs so that customers don't have to wait for their products to arrive in the post. With this new system now in place we will soon be adding streaming only versions of our courses so that our customers can decide how they want to learn. Streaming is now running but is only available to people who purchase our products from the date that the streaming went live. Unfortunately our software does not have the functionality to allow us to provide streaming to customers who have purchased our products previously.

Also thanks from my side. It is a real pity, that the streaming is for new customers only, but I understand the reasons. If you should change your mind on that issue: I am ready :-)

Looks like you will need to buy more from the team if you want this special feature I have most of them and they are great to watch to see how things are done.
