Hey everyone=D, I was just looking online for a new tripod head. I think that I want to go with a ball head. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have the ball head as well and i love it. It is very quick and easy to use. I find that it make setting a shot up nice and quick.

Using a Cambo ballhead on my Manfrotto tripods, the quality is rock-solid and very easy to use. has a pan-option for video. Use it often with my very heavy 600mm Novoflex and long shutterspeeds are no problem even when it's windy.

Hi I just received mine UPS just like Karl has,the Manfrotto 058B tripod and Manfrotto 498 ball head w/RC plate. The ball head is wonderful, so glad I purchased this should have long ago. The tripod is amazing. When I picked up the box I thought man they packaged this well. I opened box and to my surprise it didn't have much packing at all. This thing weighs a ton. But the quality and workmanship of this tripod is well worth the weight. I am glad I purchased this one even though it was $350.00. After holding and playing with it I would have paid more to get it. Watch Karl's video on tripods and heads and see for yourself, the controls for every aspect of operation is wonderful. If you can afford it go for it, you won't be disappointed.
